The bastions, towers and imposing ramparts of Asilah are now the setting for delightful seaside walks and restaurants known for their seafood dishes. However, the main attraction is the arts scene here. Time your visit with the International Cultural Moussem of Asilah in August to see the scene in full force. Or visit at any time of year and browse murals, souks and antique shops.

Berber High Atlas

Walk to centuries old villages and see the life of the Berbers, now and in years gone by, with a Berber High Atlas Mountain experience. The High Atlas Mountains – officially North Africa’s greatest mountain range - offer some incredible panoramic views of the area and are home to some of the most picturesque and charming of Morocco’s ancient villages. This is an enjoyable trip to explore a large part of the High Atlas Mountains, their valleys and canyons including a few passed that will reward you with stunning views over the highest peaks in North Africa.

The drive will take you up; toward the region of Sidi Fares across pine and juniper forests, enjoying some beautiful views before arriving at a earth made village sitting at an amazing 6000 ft where you will see how the local people live.
